This weekend we celebrate the 50 game milestone of Shannon Matfin.
Shannon was part of our Inaugural Women’s Team where she took ownership of the ruck. On field Shannon is a great leader and director of traffic, she reads the play well and is always in a good position to get the footy. Week in week out she puts her body on the line for the BFNC and we are very lucky to have her part of the team.
Congratulations Shannon on being the first female footballer to reach 50 games and we look forward to seeing you running around in the #18 for a few more years ✌️😝✌️
